Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ferkans' websites and applications, including Riyaziat and TelecommBook (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
Ferkans provides interactive educational books, apps, and related video lessons on the web, iOS, and Android. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time.
2. Accounts
Some features require a Ferkans account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use them unlawfully.
4. Content & intellectual property
The Services, including course content, software, and video lessons, are owned by Ferkans or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended educational purpose.
5. Video & YouTube
Video lessons may be delivered through YouTube. Your use of YouTube-powered features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. See our Privacy Policy for how YouTube API data is handled.
6. Paid features
Where offered, paid plans, trials, and promotional codes are subject to the terms presented at purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also governed by those stores' terms.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Ferkans is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
